A body was found in a van in the Wal-Mart parking lot of Thursday morning.

Police were asked to check on the van because it had been there a couple of days, said Police Chief Roy Lane.

The man they found had died from natural causes.

“He was an older man, he had had some heart problems in the past,” Lane said.

The man was traveling through the area, he said.

The police are not releasing the man’s identity because they are still working to notify the man’s family.
